Occupancy: max 4 persons per stay. Nights already used by a previous occupant in the same calendar year count for a new resident.
Two instruments: national registratienummer toeristische verhuur (show in ads / give to platforms) plus Amsterdam vergunning vakantieverhuur. Every stay must be pre-notified before guests arrive. Permit is valid until 1 April of the next calendar year.
What operators should file
- Confirm whether the address sits in a 15-night wijk vs the 30-night default before pricing calendars.
- Obtain the national registration number and the municipal holiday-rental permit (BRP-registered resident at the address; no housing-corp rental; cannot combine B&B + vakantieverhuur at the same address).
- Display / transmit the registration number on listings; pre-notify each stay.
